This market leading commercial plumbing company, in business for nearly 100 years, recognized the need for modernization and business transformation. While they remain competitive and have earned an outstanding reputation in the New York Tri-State region, they know that to remain on top, they needed to build a modernization strategy. Unsure of where to start, the company reached out to a “Big 4” consultancy who declined to help when the client did not meet their acceptance criteria.
One 8 & Company was engaged to help this company figure out what they needed help with and to articulate the requirements.
We started this project with a very traditional discovery > analysis approach, looking at core business functions and processes, and examined maturity across the operational, functional, and technology stacks. We delivered a summary current state process map and detailed recommendations on starting and completing an effective transformation.
