Thank you for taking part in One 8 & Company's 2021 Restaurant Owner's Benchmark Survey. The survey is designed for restaurateurs to evaluate their business across 14 key areas:

Expect the survey to take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Please take your time and answer every question honestly; the quality of your results are only as good as the data input.

At the end of the survey you will be given the opportunity to access the survey results so that you can compare your own replies with those of others to help you identify areas for improvement. Don't worry: Your identifying information will be kept private. When enough results have been received, One 8 & Company will compile the results and publish our findings, as well as publish a white paper that summarizes the results and provides guidance for improving restaurant operations and performance in the post COVID19 era.
